César Ritz – king of hoteliers – and his chef August Escoffier were both closely associated with Schloss Hünigen. They purchased a large piece of land from the von May family and founded the Bernese Alpine Milk Company. An 800-year history. Our care and love of the little details at Schloss Hünigen flow into gastronomic creativity and our role as hosts.
